Full-Size Walls

GulfWall full-size walls are based on 120mm thick GulfWall panels, which are factory moulded from fibreglasss reinforced plaster. These panels are created with two 14mm sheets, spaced apart by web members at 250mm centres.

 
These 120mm panels are then produced in 12m lengths, with heights between 2.4m and 3.4m, as required by particular projects. They are cut to exact length before arriving on-site, but window and door cutouts are made on location.

 
Crucially, electrical or plumbing services can be run through the vertical voids in the panels, thus eliminating the need for chasing. And, unused space can be similarly filled with grout or concrete to give not only a solid ‘feel’, but also excellent fire and acoustic properties.
